Zenit Polycrystals on Display at MIMIT: A Representation of Italian Innovation

Zenit polycrystals have been selected for the exhibition “Italy of Patents: Successful Inventions and Innovations,” organized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office. The initiative completes the trilogy of exhibitions dedicated to industrial property, which began with Italia Geniale — focused on design — and continued with Identitalia, dedicated to national trademarks. The exhibition aims to showcase the past and present of Italian innovation through the impact of over 100 industrial invention patents.

The exhibition is open to the public from November 23, 2024, until March 2025 at the Ministry’s headquarters (Palazzo Piacentini, Via Veneto 33 – Rome).

The new market vision

Requests of components with specific requirements pave the way toward new markets, unexplored so far. The flexibility in shapes and compositions of the Zenit process fulfills the need of highly customized products.
The same production process fits for different markets.

Semiconductors
The Zenit Process makes feasible the production of components for the semiconductor industry as nozzles and injectors for the plasma etching with a high level of complexity and high chemical/mechanical resistance, leading to superior performances and longer duration.

Watches & Jewelry
Watch cases and bezels with a high mechanical resistance, optically trasparent or variously colored with customized shape and size.

Components that replicates gems and stones with a wide spectrum of colors and shapes, high quality (elevated resistance to scratches), easy and fast to polish.
